Consider adding a definition of minimum hosting capacity vs maximum hosting capacity - both values are given and there is a wide range in their values.
Consider adding a filter to the hosting capacity map so that users can see only the "mature pipeline" - i.e. projects that have already made their initial 25% utility upgrade pipeline. This is an important stage in project development, and differentiates early-stage projects with a low chance of moving ahead from projects with a much higher chance of moving to completion.
Isn't there a privacy concern to listing residential homeowner name and address on the "parcels" layer?
Consider adding project kW capacity to pipeline projects in the detailed view ("DER Minestone Timeline")
