Substation HC calculated might not always consider transformers that are configured in N-1 scenario (emergency/backup). HC calculated in interconnection studies are can be drastically different.
Easy fix to this would be, addiing a note that lists names of transformers that are configured in N-1 scenario. Developers can then individually refer the name to verify HC on each of the connected transformers.
We are not planning to show substation HC in IPV; this information is in discussions for possible future release.
