Structures missing from EV Capacity Layer when searching by Boro or County

When clicking on county layers, it's very unclear where the county border is (e.g. Kings vs Queens). Suggest making the county line stand out more

Add NYISO Zone Letter to the Zone's name.

Example: Title shows "New York City". Would be nice to show "New York City (J)". Most information is shown as the letter so this would help associate data together for users.

Basemap feature- Ability to switch basemap to satellite view/ topographic view etc

Satallite view will allow DER developers to visually identify feeder, substation & DER projects.

Home Tips Display Box

When on the EIAT page, the Home dialogue box is being displayed and will not close until you click next. Click next and it takes you back to the home page.
